Service Call Directions
1. Enter your information in the Service Call Request
form.
2. When you Submit the Service Call Request a copy of
that information is made available to the Support Shop.
3. The Support Shop will give you a call and
from the problem described, they will give you an estimate of what
the repairs will cost for the problem described to the computer
shop. (For work beyond the described problem there may be an
additional charge).
4. There are 3 options for computer repairs. 1st,
A Service Call to your home or business to do an onsite repair, if
possible. 2nd, The computer shop sends out a technician to pickup
your computer and bring it to the shop for repairs. Or, 3rd, you can
bring your computer to the shop for the repairs yourself and avoid
the service call charge.
5. The computer is repaired.
6. Payment is expected when Service Call is completed
or when repairs in the computer shop are done and will be picked up
by the customer, or when the technician returns the computer back to
the customer, which ever applies.
